We’re seeking a videographer in Moab, Utah, to capture a branded off-road community gathering on October 3rd or 4th. The ideal candidate will have experience shooting large-scale outdoor events, with a visual style reminiscent of National Geographic but with an editorial edge. Someone who can operate a drone and capture drone footage is a PLUS. Must have your own camera kit.

Project Overview:
The shoot will capture 100–150 vehicles alongside families, dogs, and community members journeying into the desert. The focus will be on celebrating the spirit of community and showcasing diverse participation, all through a refined, editorial lens. Final assets will be used across the client’s website and both paid and organic social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture a large-scale community off-roading event in Moab, focusing on both vehicles and the people behind them.

• Capture a series of women off-roading, featuring their vehicle modifications.

• Develop and follow a consistent shot list to ensure coverage of all key moments.

• Incorporate a balance of automotive action and lifestyle moments 

• Capture b-roll 

• All media to be handed over at the end of the shoot.

• Crew Car: Supplied by client (driver must have valid license).

Usage: Digital and Social, Global, In Perpetuity.

Budget: $1800 USD all in and inclusive of gear
