We’re looking for a fixer or local producer in Reykjavik to support a branded social-first travel shoot taking place Sept 29th

Project Overview:
The content is a social-first travel experience facilitated by our team, with two client representatives and two of our team members participating on camera. The experience will be TBD but likely will be something highlighting the best things to do while visiting Reykjavik. The shoot will be a full day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site logistics and permitting (if required)

• Assist with casting on-camera talent

• Help source/payroll a nimble crew (1x DP, 1x Sound Op, 1x PA/Camera Assist)

• Manage production logistics day-of and serve as point of contact for local needs

Production Details:

• Camera: Sony FX3 or similar

• Crew must be experienced with shooting for social (IG/TikTok)

• DP should be able to operate independently with minimal oversight

• All media to be handed over at the end of the shoot; we will provide drives

• Post will be handled in-house
  

  Budget: $7,000 USD TOTAL

  Budget is inclusive of crew and cast fees.
