We are seeking a Producer to support a corporate interview shoot in Boston, MA on October 15th, 16th, or 17th, 2025 (final date TBD). This will be a virtual interview setup, with the client joining remotely. The Producer must be able to assemble and oversee the full crew and resources required.

Required Crew & Resources

• Producer – experienced in managing corporate shoots, liaising between client (remote) and talent (on-site), and overseeing schedule/logistics. Responsible for assembling crew and ensuring smooth execution.

• Director of Photography (DP)

• Camera Operator

• Light G&E Load – sufficient to achieve a professional interview look.

• 2 x Sony FX6 (or comparable) camera packages with lenses, media, and full support.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Production Experience: Proven track record in executing professional interview shoots in corporate environments.

• Production Oversight: Manage call times, logistics, and crew to ensure a seamless shoot day.

• Client Monitoring: Provide a reliable live feed so the client can monitor remotely.

• Media Management: Ensure all deliverables are captured, backed up, and delivered as required.
