Purpose: Capture high-quality photo (and ideally video) assets from the launch of The Last Mile campaign to be used across PR, social, and brand channels

Key moments: speeches, product reveals, competition launch
Lifestyle moments: guests interacting, creators/influencers with bikes, candid networking
Detail shots: Brompton bikes, Pivotal touchpoints, event décor, food & drink, competition kit
Portraits: 10–15 posed but natural portraits of talent/creators with product
Press shots: Hero images suitable for media distribution (horizontal + vertical formats)
Video (bonus if available)
Highlight reel (30–60 seconds): A short cut of the best moments for social media
5–6 short clips (5–10 seconds each): Vertical B-roll for Instagram/TikTok stories
Raw footage: Provide all raw files for Brompton/Pivotal content team to re-edit
